Full Production and a Fundraiser with the Duck Commander
Here is the word on the street in response to our full production at a recent fundraiser event:
“Phenomenal job last night at Boyd Christian!”
“You all put on a fantastic production for the banquet and to see Phil Robertson speak.”
“You guys are awesome to work with and you made our event outstanding!”
Bright Event Productions’ largest philanthropic event so far this year was full of excitement, butterflies, duck calls, and beards. Undoubtedly, it was quite the success. As the quotes above provide, those who attended were pleased with the outcome and the flow of the night. These include Ed Rogers and Holly Medley Hillis, two members of the board for the F.C. Boyd Christian School, the school for which the fundraiser was held.
F.C. Boyd Christian School held the event on Friday, March 1st, 2013 as a fundraiser for their upcoming school year. It included a buffet dinner for VIP attendees, followed by general admission entrance for the speakers and auction. Phil Robertson, the “Duck Commander” on the hit A&E show Duck Dynasty, spoke and held a meet and greet. His wife, Miss. Kay, and his eldest son, Alan, were present as well. The Robertsons present were reportedly very impressed with the lighting, friendly atmosphere, and overall production from the event workers.
When Clint and Abi accepted the event and began planning for the massive production call, they knew it would be heavily involved. At the event, Bright Event provided over 60 lights in a 38’ X 20’ truss figure raised to the ceiling, covered the gym’s walls in up lighting and gobo patterns, shot pin spots at every table, supplied projectors and video cameras for a live feed on two large screens placed behind and above the stage, and provided full audio for the entire night. In the end, the production went smoothly with over 200 light fixtures, and the fundraiser was a significant success.
With our donation and the vast number of other donations, F.C. Boyd Christian School is set to successfully open for the upcoming school year. Thanks to the quantity of famous Duck Calls that were sold at the event, McMinnville is sure to remember the fundraiser for quite some time. Meanwhile, Bright Event will continue to strive head first into the realm of full production.

Fundraiser – Featuring Duck Dynasty – Produced by Bright Event Productions
The Bright Event Crew was first class, professional and mannerly from the beginning of the first meeting till the clean up at the end of the event. The crew turned an old gymnasium into a gala event. These folks truly know production and the industry. I highly recommend Clint Pilkinton and his crew for any event. I will definitely use their services again. Paula Todd
