BRIGHTest Moments of 2014, Part 1!
Happy New Year, y’all! We thought we’d start off 2015 by celebrating all the hard work we did in 2014. It was a beautiful year for the BRIGHT Team, with amazing events and opportunities to grow. We’re eager to share, so without further ado, here are four of our BRIGHTest Moments of 2014.
#8. EO Catalysts. This year Abi & Clint enrolled in EO Catalyst, a one-of-a-kind program designed to offer small business owners classes, forums, mentoring and networking opportunities to help grow their businesses. Team BRIGHT has seen a lot of success and support in the two years since we got started, but in 2014 we wanted to challenge ourselves to keep growing in meaningful, measurable ways. EO Catalyst has made a huge difference and we owe a lot of our success this year to the things that EO Catalyst has taught us. We highly recommend it!
#7. Nashville Fashion Week. Nashville Fashion Week 2014 was an E.P.I.C. event for all involved. We shut down 5th Ave in Downtown Nashville, strung and striked lights every night, worked audio and visual production for every event (where Clint showed off his BRIGHT touch) and Abi even managed to sneak in a breakfast with the Fern Mallis. We absolutely loved participating and are so excited for the 2015 event!
#6. Epic Weddings. BRIGHT has worked with so many beautiful couples this year, but there are always a couple weddings that stand out as our favorite moments.
- Swathi & Vino’s Indian wedding was an opulent, ultra-glamorous affair. Hosted at the Rosewall and design and coordinated by Sage Nines Event Production, we’re still super proud of the custom gobo with the newlyweds’ names!
- Barbalee & Patrick’s wedding at Belle Meade Plantation with Fete Nashville was a STUNNING southern wedding full of BRIGHT details, from our ornate gobo to the sparkling chandeliers. We’ll share a full blog recap on this later, but for now here’s a sneak peek for you to enjoy!
#5. Office Expansion. In 2014 we expanded our office and warehouse, more than doubling our space. We have more staff offices, more warehouse space, and a machine shop to keep that innovation lab cranking! We count ourselves blessed to have grown so much in just two years, and we’re looking forward to building bigger and BRIGHTer things in the year to come!
